Turnstones

My husband saw these guys land and jumped at the chance to photoshoot them.

Yeah, I know it’s a segull, but look closer you’ll see them. They are everywhere.

They fly in groups of 20 or 30 just over the water.  They look white and very small as they quickly glide by.  It took us quite a while and help from our uncle, Johnny Lofgreen (a wildlife artist and enthusiast) to find out what they are.
