Best Sunday Pot Roast Ever!

Jeremy developed this recipe over time and if you try it you won’t be disappointed!

The roast just before it goes into the oven

1 roast
1 cup soy sauce
1 container apple juice concentrate
1-2 T liquid smoke
1 t salt
2-3 T dark brown sugar
1 onion soup packet
1 packet of Better than Bouillon beef base

Put everything into an oven-proof dish and bake at 240 for 4-5 hours.  If you are going to add carrots and potatoes take roast out first, crank up the heat, and then cook um’ in the juices fast.  Then eat along side your home-made rolls,  Yum!
