Cheesecake

Cheesecake
½ cup butter
3 8 oz pkgs. Cream cheese
1 cup sugar
2 Tablesppons flour
Cream the above ingredients together. Then mix in:
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
¼ cup milk

Graham Cracker Crust
¼ c sugar
½ c butter melted
11 graham crackers
Crush graham crackers and add sugar and melted butter. Press into a 9×9 pan or into individual cupcake cups.

Pour chesecake batter into a 9×13 pan or a 9” spring form pan with a graham cracker crust and bake in a 375⁰ degree oven for 40-45 minutes. For cupcake size cheesecakes bake 30 minutes.
