Dolly Varden

We love to eat these!  Our son loves to fish for them.  I bake 1 Dolly for 20 minutes at 400 degrees and sprinkle with some seasoned salt and enjoy.  Sometimes I put soy sauce, brown sugar, and lemon juice but my children prefer the seasoned salt so I usually do that.  The skin peels right off and the bones come out as one piece leaving the meat boneless.  I just love the colors, the little pink dots and rich gray colors, so beautiful and yummy to eat.
