Potato Harvest

We planted some potatoes in buckets this year.  In one bucket, we planted the potato in new soil purchased at the store and in 2 buckets we used sawdust and seaweed.  We harvested the soil bucket a couple of weeks ago, before it had flowered.  I  don’t suggest doing that because the skins are nasty if harvested too soon and the potatoes smaller.  But, here’s how many potatoes we got from planting a half of a potato in a bucket.
